The 2022’s Adidas Alpes International WD winners Meylisa Trias Puspita Sari and Rachel Alessya Rose (Indonesia) won their first match at Indonesia Masters today.

On home soil, they were included in the WD main draw for this World Tour Super 500.

A tough first round waited them as they faced Ponnappa/Reddy from India (n°23) in a very loud atmosphere. After a well-run match, they took the victory in two straight games (21-18 21-9) and they are now up to an even hardest challenge as they will play against World n°1 from China Chen/Jia.

Their opponents in the Adidas Alpes International U19 2022 WD’s final, Kamila/Ramadhani, also won their first round against another young indonesian pair and will face World n°8 from Thaïland in the Round of 16.
