Our 2022’s WD winner Rachel Alessya Rose & Meylisa Trias Puspitasari (Indonesia) just won their first ever Super 100 tournament this week-end at YONEX-SUNRISE Odisha Masters 2023.

They were n°5 seeded before the tournament and after a great week, they managed to reach the final.

At this stage, they had to play against the crowd favorites from India Crasto / Ponnappa (seed n°3). After a solid performance, they won the game in 2 straight games (21-14 ; 21-17).

Thanks to this great win, the girls will probably reach the Top 30 soon.

In Men’s Single, Alwi Farhan (Indonesia) reached the SF. Unfortunately, he could not make it to the final as he lost after a great fight against an indian shuttler, 20-22 in the rubber.
